Pick rates by name, type a keyword for carrier rates whose names change, discount only the cheapest rate, or skip any rate over a set price. It works alongside it, and its discounts sit on Shopify’s Discounts page with the rest. Use RM: Advanced Free Shipping when the offer needs a specific rate, a percentage or amount off shipping, or a condition such as a product, collection, customer tag, or ZIP code. ### Will it change my shipping rates or my theme? No. It discounts the rates you already have, at checkout. Nothing is added to your theme. Customers see the original price crossed out, with the discount name underneath. ### Can I make Standard free but keep Express at full price? Yes. Choose specific rates, pick Standard, and set the discount to Free. Express stays at full price. If a carrier rate’s name changes at checkout, type a keyword such as “Ground” and use the wildcard match. ### Does it work with my other discount codes? Yes, when both discounts allow it. Shipping discounts combine with product and order discounts by default. Tick “Shipping discounts” on the other code too. To keep free shipping when a 20% code takes a $110 cart to $88, base the threshold on Cart subtotal, which is counted before discounts. ### Does it work with carrier rates like UPS or FedEx? Yes. It discounts the rates Shopify shows at checkout, including carrier-calculated rates. Pick them from the list, or use a wildcard keyword when the name varies. ### Which Shopify plans does it work on? Every plan. It runs on Shopify Functions inside Shopify checkout, so you don’t need Shopify Plus. ### Can I test a discount before customers see it? Yes.
